What services do you offer?

How can I book a consultation?
You can book a 15-minute consultation by completing the appointment request form on our website. Simply share your preferred dates and times, and we’ll be in touch to confirm your booking.
What can I expect during my first session?
During your first session, we will discuss your concerns and goals. It’s a chance for you to share your story, and for us to outline how we can support you.
How long do sessions typically last?
Sessions usually last between 50 to 60 minutes. We can discuss your preferences during the booking process.
Do you offer in-person or online sessions?
We offer both in-person and virtual sessions to accommodate your needs and preferences.
What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment ti avoid a cancellation fee.
Is my information confidential?
Yes, all information shared during therapy is kept strictly confidential in accordance with ethical guidelines and legal requirements.
What are your fees?
Individual sessions are priced at £60, and couple sessions are £100. If you’d like more information about other session fees, please feel free to get in touch via email. If cost is a concern, we encourage you to reach out — concessionary rates may be available to help keep our services accessible and supportive.
Can I claim therapy fees through insurance?

Do you offer weekend sessions?
We do not routinely offer weekend sessions. However, in special circumstances, weekend appointments may be considered by arrangement.
